🌟 Year in Review: CCC’s Journey in 2023 🌟

As we bid farewell to 2023, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had this year at CCC. It’s been a year filled with milestones, partnerships, and meaningful contributions.

🤝 Collaboration Highlights:

Partnering with the Australian Electoral Commission, we’ve played a crucial role in enhancing remote engagement and boosting Indigenous voter enrolment.
Continuing our impactful collaboration with the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), we’ve facilitated vital conversations about the reform of the Community Development Program (CDP).

📚 Education Empowerment:

Our team have dedicated themselves to delivering a wide range of cross-cultural education in over 150 sessions to around 2,500 learners, fostering a more inclusive and understanding community. Overall, our courses were rated at an average of 4.89 out of 5 stars 🌟.

🏆 Recognition and Achievements:

We were Diamond Winners at the LearnX Awards for Best eLearning Project (Industry Specific). Along with that Jason’s outstanding leadership was recognised with the NTIBN Blak Business Award for Best Blak Male Business Leader.

🗣️ National Presence:

Jason also took the stage in Canberra as a panelist at the Facing North conference, contributing valuable insights to the discourse. Our team have travelled to every state and territory to facilitate important conversations and build strategic development with our regional and remote communities.

🤝 Community Support:

We proudly sponsored and supported various community Initiatives and events, including the Northern Territory Netball Indigenous Netball Carnival, The Deadly Rugby Cup, NAIDOC, Mash Netball Club, McArthur River Mine Charity Golf Day, and the Variety Special Children’s Christmas Party.

🏡 Yarning Space Opening:

Earlier this year we were thrilled to open our ‘Yarning Space,’ providing a platform for First Nations businesses, trainers, and consultants to deliver programs, services, and training to their clients and the wider community.

🛫 Miles Travelled:

Our Director, Jason Elsegood, clocked over 50 flights this year, covering over a staggering 90,000 kilometres – more than twice the circumference of the Earth! Jason has been on a mission, delivering top-notch training and consultancy services all across Australia.

🙏 Gratitude and Looking Ahead:

As we wrap up this incredible year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our staff, partners and clients for their unwavering support. Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. We eagerly anticipate continuing our collaboration and expanding our services even further in 2024.
