Teambuilding
This Workshop aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to work in a culturally diverse work team to achieve their commonly identified goals.
Participants will explore effective communication skills, some of the common challenges and strategies for effective teams and gain greater understanding of these issues in a cross cultural context.
The module focuses on processes and skills needed to participate in a culturally diverse work team and also touches on issues of leadership and facilitation. These are explored more fully in our Facilitation Workshop.
CCC uses an experiential learning approach that gets participants actively involved in their own development through case study analysis, role plays, games and other enjoyable activities. All presentations use a range of media to cater to diverse learning styles.
