- Work collaboratively with the people involved in setting up training to ensure the design and delivery is appropriate;
- Assume and cater for learners with diverse perspectives;
- Engage with and work from participants experiences, strengths and needs;
- Focus on relationships in effective learning and development;
- Respectfully aim to extend people's frameworks, networks and capacity - not just provide information based knowledge;
- Share and model a range of flexible and practical tools;
- Training is grounded in current research and best practise; and
- Acknowledge the role of culture as central to the lives of individuals and communities.
We deliver public courses and in house training for clients.
