Working Across Cultures

This workshop provides a framework for working cross culturally that promotes the competence of staff working in multicultural teams, with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, international staff or counterparts at home or overseas. The program can be delivered as a one to three day workshop depending on the depth required and the needs of the participants and organisation.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • Develop a framework for understanding cross cultural interactions
  • Develop an understanding of some challenges of and strategies for living and working effectively across cultures
  • Clarify their role in contributing to sustainable development through building capacity and working with counterparts, including practical strategies
