Case Study

This is an example of an Organisational Development project delivered in a Cross Cultural Setting tapping into the creative resources unique to multicultural teams.

In 2006 - 2007 Cross Cultural Consultants worked with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Team of the Northern Territory AIDS and Hepatitis Council (NTAHC) to develop a Strategic Plan in a culturally accessible format for clients, staff and stakeholders.

Combining the strategic planning skills of John Jablonka with the talent of young indigenous graphic designer and IT Whiz, Jeremy Boucher, Cross Cultural Consultants facilitated planning sessions, drafted words and images for a plan and presented it in a 6 pane graphic hang up poster.

Staff from NTAHC's ATSI team described the process as "meaningful and engaging"and one that "captured the essence" of the organisaiton's goals. The organisation as a whole was so impressed they engaged Cross Cultural Consultants to complete their Strategic Plan.
