Mentoring

Mentoring across cultures can be both challenging and rewarding. CCC has been contracted by various organisations to manage and deliver mentoring programs for new staff, those in challenging situations, people entering the workforce for the first time and those for whom cultural isues may be a barrier such as staff working overseas or with counterparts from a different culture.

CCC's mentoring service has a flexible, non-judgmental approach that ensures both mentor and mentee make the most of opportunities for learning and development.

Mentoring is focussed on recognising and dealing with practical issues, working from the strengths of the mentee to develop the knowledge, skills, values and qualities needed to improve sustainable outcomes. Advocacy assistance, practical tools, referrals and partnerships are provided as required.
